went out tonite to shoot bball with ungsunghero and horacio. what started as a friendly game turned sour as 2 of us started jokingly team up against the 3rd player. not really sure what went wrong, but the 3rd player seems really mad/angry.

for the past few days, i've noticed my bittorrent client utilizing 100% of my cpu. in the past it's only utilized 1-5%, so i went to their website and found out that apparently experimental 5.3.1 had problems and had been recalled (if software can be recalled) and suggested users reinstall 5.2.1. as quoted, "WARNING: VERSION S-5.3.1 HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN BECAUSE OF SERIOUS OPERATING PROBLEMS! IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED S-5.3.1, PLEASE REINSTALL VERSION S-5.2.1" more info here

thanks to Frykun for donating this link: Microsoft California Class Action Settlement. as californians, go and request a "Notice and Claim Form Package". as long as you've purchased any windows/dos OS, office, excel, word, and/or works. it doesn't matter how u got it, bought it as a retail product, came with computer, oem copy, as long as you legally obtained licenses for them (of course u cant get money back for pirated copies), your eligible for money. forgot where you placed these licenses/proof of purchase, no worries! you may redeem upto 5 software w/o any proof of purchase. of course this will most likely lead to abuse, but common, i have no freaken idea where my win3.11 & 95 license/manuals are anymore. g'luck!
