thought of the day: i just noticed this in my bulk mail folder in yahoo: With SpamGuard turned on, Yahoo! Mail will deliver suspected spam to this folder and delete them after one month. Messages in your Bulk folder do not count toward your mailbox storage quota. so here i am, going to test how many spams i'll receive in a month. i'll report to you every day of the spam count.

think i saw this either on AT or B$: ParkingTicket.com. got a parking ticket, dont want to pay all of it? there's always a way out according to parkingticket.com. they're willing to take your case as long as u weren't blocking a fire lane or using a handicap space. after they win, you only pay them half the cost of your ticket. if they didnt win, you pay them zilch. but if they manage to save you some money, u pay them half of the reduction. currently offered only in NYC, SF, and WDC. here's a news article about it: Parkingticket.com finds cities in violation.
