took the e190 placement test today. thought the test was pretty stupid, unclear, and not well setup. they way underestimated how many ppl showed up (100 vs 200+). the question they asked us was very vague: "write at least 4 paragraphs to give a technical description to one of the following: car, computer, watch" what the heck is a technical description?

watched lion king 1 1/2 today. interesting how they placed timon and puumba into the already existing story line. a lot better than lion king 2: simba's pride in my opinion.

was debugging our cs162 project from 8am to 3am. think we're finally done, but everyone is dead. after debugging, i went back to study japanese vocab for today's quiz. i fell asleep on my table shortly afterwards. sigh... turned out okay. the vocabs the sensei chose were ones i had practiced.

finally uploaded the newport beach pix: dotPhoto album. enjoy! also uploaded some of the video clips i shot. reencoded it to divx to conserve space. (requires DivX 5.1.1):
