thought of the day: as rayalom pointed out, the best music are still from warez installers/keygens. i can still remember leaving those class installers on for hours after the installation has been completed just cause the music was so dope!

dng, ohfuee, joehk, lilsneezy, and i went to chill @ antegra's place in irvine last nite. had dinner @ IHOP cause everything closes @ 9pm in irvine and there werent many restaurants left open. we then hit dave & busters and played around for 2hrs. glendia dropped by to say hello. joehk manage to rack over 1000+ tickets and he dominated in the basketball game. so that's why my arms are sore! i've been trying to figure out why my arms have been sore all day. haha. afterwards we hit ralph and ohfuee tells us this great drink of his where u mix champange and orange juice. personally the mix and the champagne by itself tasted pretty bad. but i did have a bottle of mike's hard lemonade. although drinkable, i'd much prefer lemonade alone. lilsneezy either had class or work early next morning so she left that nite. the guys stuck around and watched indiana jones - raiders of the lost ark. u konw what's funny is, i've seen the 2nd and 3rd movie, but this is the 1st time i've seen the 1st movie all the way through. we also had some bumper pool competition. ohfuee dominated me w/ a 3-0 win. but i did gain some confidence back when i played dng and won 2-1. hehe. game's pretty fun. finally it was bed time, or so several of us thought. joehk and ohfuee being restless, decides to call ppl @ 5am in the morning. they actually got through quite a few ppl, include our host antegra who came rushing down the stairs giving them a whooping for waking him and his roommate up.

because joehk had class @ noon back @ ucla, we had to get up @ 10 to give him a ride back. we swung by ohfuee's place in norwalk (did u know he moved there this past summer?) and he showed us his new bass guitar and amplifier which were both really neat. i had to cut the party short since i needed to get back since my dad needed me to drive my car to get the transmission fluid changed.

so i finally get ahold of a new cable modem. for those that stalk me, u'll notice i've been going online and offline quite frequently in the past weeks. at first i thought it was due to the rain or router, but when i did some thorough tests, i found that to not be the case. i ended up w/ 2 possible cause of the problem, the cable modem or the isp. i didn't want to bother w/ the isp yet, so i've been meaning to locate a spare cable modem. finally got one, a d-link dcm-202 replacing our toshiba pcx-2200. so far so good. no connection failures yet, but only time can time.
